Case #1: An All Porcelain Crown (Procera Crown)
This case shows an old Porcelain fused to Metal Crowns, (PFM),
replaced with a Procera All-Ceramic crown.
There are no ugly black lines at the gum line with Procera Crowns.
Case #2: Full Mouth Dental Rehabilitation with
Dental Implants & Ceramic Restorations
This is an example of a full upper and lower dental rehabilitation done on natural teeth and dental implants. These Restorations increased this patient's tooth length as the teeth were worn down from the patient grinding their teeth at night.
Case #3: Full Upper and Lower Restorations
This case demonstrates what a full upper reconstruction looks like on dental implants and the lower restoration porcelain crowns and veneers.

Case #4: Upper Smile Make Over with All Ceramic Crowns
This extreme make-over was done with five Procera All Ceramic crowns.
Case #5: Invisalign Clear Braces to Close this Patients Spaces
This Patient had spaces between her teeth and some teeth were rotated. The patient wore the clear Invisalign Aligners for less than 5 months to achieve her new beautiful smile.
Case #6: Upper & Lower White Fillings Done on Half the Mouth for a Before and After Effect
Today we have choices; silver fillings are not as natural looking as tooth color fillings. This is an example of tooth colored fillings done on half the mouth; the patient could not wait to get rid of all the other silver fillings in their mouth.

Case #7: Immediate Full Upper Dentures
This Patient was upset about losing her teeth from periodontal, (gum), disease. But when the patient saw the natural look of her new smile, the patient was extremly happy!
Case #8, #9 & #10: Opalesence Tooth Whitening
Opalesence Boost is an in-office 1 hour tooth whitening, followed by overnight tray system.
Dr. Carollo offers a free whitening consultation and cosmetic evaluation.
Case #8 & #9 show that most patients get between 6 to 8 shades lighter with the Opalesence System.
Case #10 shows a patient with brown fluoride stains; (fluorosis). We whitened this patient's teeth and did a special enamel micro-abrasion process to remove most of the brown stains.
This patient reall was happy with the results!.

Case #11 & #12: Cosmetic Bonding of Teeth
Dental conditions such as fractured teeth, discolorations and/or old fillings can be easily corrected with cosmetic bonding, here are two such cases.
Case #11 is a fractured tooth in a young adult as a result on an injury. Cosmetic Bonding was done because of the patient's age.
Case #12 is a patient who had an old discolored filling and wanted whiter teeth. First tooth whitening was done, followed by some Cosmetic Bonding for a "New Smile".

Case #13, #14 & #15: Dental Implant Cases
Dental implants are today’s standard of care for tooth replacement. No matter if you are
missing one tooth, a few teeth or all of your teeth; dental implants are the
best solution for missing teeth replacement.
Case #13 is a youg adult who had Congentially Missing Lateral Incisors, this patient was born without these two upper front teeth. Two dental implants were place, and two Procera Crowns were done; it is hard to tell that these are not her own natural teeth!
Case #14 is a patient who lost his upper front four teeth becauseof gum disease. This patent had two dental implants and a new four unit porcelain bridge.
Case #15 is a patient who had an upper denture and a lower partial denture. This patient received several upper and lower dental implants and full upper and lower implant support fixed restorations. Though dental implants, this patient has a third set of teeth!
